Welcome to Desde’s Cards & Gifts! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Terms
All products sold by Desde’s Cards & Gifts are handmade greeting cards, stationery items, and related paper goods. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
- Payment is processed securely through our payment processor at the time of purchase
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
3. Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Method: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
Shipping Location: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses at this time.
Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our stated processing times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages after they leave our facility.
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging to process a refund or replacement. Refunds for damaged items will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions.
No Returns for Change of Mind: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or items purchased in error. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Custom and Personalized Items: We do not currently offer custom or personalized products. All items are as shown in product listings.
5. Product Descriptions and Images
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note:
- Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings
- All items are handmade, so slight variations in appearance may occur
- Product dimensions and specifications are provided to the best of our ability
6. Limitation of Liability
Desde’s Cards & Gifts is not liable for:
- Delays in shipping caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control
- Issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Damage to products after delivery has been completed
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order (name, shipping address, email, and payment information). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete your transaction (such as with our payment processor and shipping carrier).
